Well-Being, Self-Care and Mindfulness for the Parent

This workshop provides a safe space to understand and address stress in the life of the parent and offer practices to alleviate this stress and improve well-being.

The parent will explore the practice of self-care in order to improve life for themselves and for those around them whilst teaching them how to engage with these practices in a manner that they feel they can practically and confidently bring them into their family life. They will learn how to share these practices with their children.
