At ChillOut Ireland, we believe that emotional well-being is at the heart of every experience, interaction and response that we all have in our every day lives. If we are feeling well in ourselves, our experiences will be more positive.
Life can bring wonderful moments but it can also bring stresses and strains that can be difficult to cope with. Our aim is to teach the people of Ireland self-care and mindfulness skills/practices that can be easily implemented into every day life. We whole-heartedly believe that stress can be managed and well-being can be improved in an enjoyable and practical way.
Our main focus is within education (working with teachers / principals / students and educational bodies around the country), but we also offer talks and workshops to community clubs and groups, along with offering one-to-one sessions.
